David L. Broderick

David is the owner of Earth Tech Resources, A marketing and consulting firm. Mr. Broderick masterminded, and later consulted and oversaw the bidding and production and sales of aggregate materials used for a Mega development in Weber County, saving the owners close to a million dollars, saving the environment thousands of gallons of unnecessary carbon emissions, and saving the wear and tear of significant stretches of canyon roads in Eastern Weber county encompassing the Powder Mountain development. This company was created as a result of Mr. Broderick’s vision of ultimately making it a safer and more cost efficient development for community he once resided in and loved. His firm also managed and built the sales pipeline for Western Elite Mining/Bohman Aggregates(two start-up companies).

From 1987 to 2013 Mr. Broderick worked as a financial securities advisor as; Executive Vice President, Assistant Vice President and served as Annuity Coordinator for 8 years. He had 18 combined years of experience with E F Hutton, Merrill Lynch, and Smith Barney before going independent the last eight years.

In 2004, Dave was one of the four founders of Ciralight Global, a green energy company specializing in solar powered repositioning skylights. He served on the executive team as a Consultant for Investor Relations, overseeing the creation of over 125 accredited shareholders. Later in 2011, in an effort to create liquidity for the shareholders, he instigated, negotiated and secured most of the funding needed for Ciralight Global’s public debut on Wall Street (CGHA).

He served as President on two HOA boards during turbulent times when both were under attack to become public. He fought hard and was successful in the campaign for maintaining private status in each community he served. He worked valiantly in the communities in what he believed was in the best interest of each member.

As an athlete at Weber State University, he excelled in the Pole Vault both right and left handed, eventually eclipsing the school record. His love for the sport continued as he later returned and coached some of the greatest Vaulters in Weber State University’s track and field history. He later coached many Pole Vaulters in high school including a son, (Chase) who is now competing at ISU.

In his spare time he trained hard and ran 5 Boston Marathons and competed in the Summer Games in Masters Pole vault competition where he holds several records and plans again on returning this season.

Currently, Mr. Broderick has been recruited by his wife Nancy to help in her vision and passion to introduce and create a Family Promise in Ogden, Utah, where precious Homeless Families can be given the help, encouragement and tools needed to help them obtain permanent housing . The momentum and success of Family Promise of Ogden and all those who have come forth to help make a difference in the lives of families, has been a touching and motivational story that has only begun.

Mr. Broderick attended Weber State University where he received two associates and a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales and Marketing and recieved all academic student athlete honors. He served as a student- intern for the Better Business Bureau where he raised numerous donations from local businesses and gained the experience needed for his career on Wall Street.

He is married to Nancy Davis. They have 7 children. When they have time together, you will find them in the beautiful outdoors hiking, running, mountain biking, backpacking or snowboarding.
